Refund Policy

Return

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the date of purchase date. All returned item must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. To initiate the return process, we need the poof of the purchase.
 

Return Process

To return item please email customer service at care@mylens.in to obtain Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). After receiving RMA number, place the item securely in the packaging and mail your return to following address Lens Mall, No.3, Shop No.2, ARS Complex, Umpherson Street, Chennai - 600001. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclose with your package. Return shipping will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will make reimbursements for returns without undue delay, and not later than: a) 7 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or b)  (if earlier) 7 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as You used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise: in any event you will not incur any fee as a result of the reimbursement. We will notify you by email when refund has been processed.
 

Exception

For defective or damaged products, please contact us care@mylens.in to get a refund or exchange.
